Sage MAS 90

Sage MAS 200

Sage MAS 200 is the Client/ Server version of the award winning Sage MAS 90 accounting software, maximized to support companies with a high transaction volume and /or multiple locations. Up to 200 accounting users may be accommodated depending upon the amount of activity and network capability. With Sage MAS 200 you’ll receive key benefits that only thin client/serve architectures can provide, such as more efficient distributed processing, high performance, enhanced data integrity and reliability, remote access support, and scalability for large numbers of users. Sage MAS 200 technology separates the program logic, processing and data management tasks from user-interface processing tasks.

All program logic, processing and data management tasks are performed on the application server, and all user interface tasks are performed using a thin-client installed on the workstation. Data transmission across the network is minimized; only the commands used to display the current screen and data are sent across the network. Reduced network data transmission per user means that more concurrent network users can be supported using the same network bandwidth. Sage MAS 200 may be run securely over the Internet, or using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and most WANs. Sage MAS 200 meets the expanding business management needs of today’s businesses. Sage MAS 200 is a client/server application and is supported on Windows NT and Windows 2000.

Sage MAS 200 for SQL Server 7.0

The major difference between Sage MAS 200 and Sage MAS 200 for SQL is how your data is stored; the application programs and functionality are identical in both products. In the Sage MAS 200 version the data is stored in individual b-tree type files on your server’s hard disk.In the SQL version the data is stored in normalized tables within a relational database.

While both products provide access to the data via ODBC, data stored within a SQL database can provide a better foundation for reporting, analysis, and integration. Sage MAS 200 for SQL is ideally suited for companies which use SQL for other mission critical applications and require a high level of integration between these applications and their accounting system.

Sage MAS 90 Small Business

The Sage MAS 90 Small Business edition is perfect entry-level version of Sage MAS 90 smaller companies. Sage MAS 90 Small Business is sold in cost-efficient single user or two-user bundles.

The software is sold exclusively in pre-packaged bundles, so you can buy the module bundle you need and add individual modules as required. Choose the core accounting bundle, which includes: Library Master, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (with or without FRx Desktop) and Bank Reconciliation.
