Sage Abra Employee Self-Service
Sage Abra Employee Self-Service lets you empower your employees and managers to view and/or update their personal information using an Internet browser. Employee Self-Service gives employees the ability to access their payroll and tax information, benefits elections, vacation, sick time accruals and more. It enables managers to quickly access information about their direct reports. This functionality reduces the administrative burden on your HR and Payroll departments and saves valuable time.
Main Features
You Control The Access
You may assign an employee or manager one of three levels of access: view only, automatic Email to HR staff, full view and update rights. With view only access, employees are able to answer many of their own questions, while reducing the burden on your payroll and HR staff. With automatic Email, employees may enter their changes and Sage Abra sends an automatic Email to the HR staff with the changes so that only authorized HR personnel can make changes to the database. Full access enables employees to make their own changes to demographic information and directly update the Sage Abra database.

Encrypted Passwords
To ensure maximum security for your data. Stored in a SQL table separate of Sage Abra HRMS. Create the password and then send to employees automatically in form of an Email.

Who’s Using It?
The Login Activity Report will show you whose been using Self Service, including unsuccessful login attempts that may indicate an employee is trying to access other employee records.

Automatic Log Off
Define the session length to automatically log off employees who leave their system running.
